Over the last few months I’ve had maybe a dozen people contacting me about the images posted on this blog being “stolen” by other websites, or people reposting them on tumblr and not crediting me.

While I super appreciate you trying to look out for the blog, I am personally not at all concerned by these images being reposted in other places, or without credit on them, and dont consider it thievery. My opinion is that it isn’t like I own the originals. I spent fifteen minutes taking someone else’s work and distorting a few things about it.

If it is something that concerns you as a submitter, you’re welcome to put the url to your own blog somewhere on the image (in a non-obnoxious way.) When I post submissions, I tag the submitter’s name and link to them (one without a submitter’s name are my own.) However, I really enjoy seeing these pictures spread around the internet and don’t have any plans to get upset over other people using them any time soon.

And because I try to keep this blog low on text, I’m going to go make a bonus swap image for tonight to make up for posting an entirely text post.
